Firstly they did make a profit from it on at least 1 quarter, maybe two. I think the payment from the concentrate would have made a $500k profit from quarter from memory. Secondly, the main reason for losses were from large capex with plant upgrades and fundamental issues like winder, generators etc. Third, they are planning to mining multiple stopes which will increase production 2-3 times, they will want to fully utilise the plant.
