Seriously they release their best news ( crappy drill results ) leading up to the vote, get the vote through and immediately release a 1/4ly showing it would be lights out but for the 'merger'.
If I were a WRM holder I would be really pissed with the board basically giving themselves and mates a way out with their money intact by taking on a massive millstone.
Wonder if they'll just shut the farce down once the deal is consumated?
I want a sentiment ' you must be kidding'.
