Nonsense nothing was promised at all, that's purely an estimate of grade from a bunch of samples × estimated tonnes of waste x expected recoveries.
Without knowing whats locked up in the plant its hard to know what the GOLD production is or will be but it certainly looks unlikely to meet expectations...
