Lack of transparency around Bibra Lake is really concerning.

I little while ago I listened to one of the DC2 execs talk about the modular DC business. I actually like the concept, but I wasn't impressed with how he spoke, how vague he was with the numbers, and how he spun everything like a salesman instead of simply being transparent and direct. It was an amber flag for me.

Now in these updates to see a similar lack of transparency around Bibra Lake, it's a red flag & time to get out. I just can't stay invested if I'm not feeling like management are being 100% transparent and open about the business. I can handle the downside, what I can't handle is not knowing the extent of the downsides.
