Basically a new cloud platform is going online and they added 5 more racks at Bibra Lake since the last update in April, i.e. going from 20 racks in Apr to 25 now. Operating outflow will normalise in the next quarter, so around the $400k level, which will leave them roughly a year of cash to live.
Item 8.5 can be quite misleading for readers IMO. It's basically = total cash at bank/reporting quarter operating CF. It ignores the fact that some of the items can be switched off/reduced if necessary.
