    What a load of crap. The problems below happened well before Covid became an issue and using that as an excuse is a complete cop out.
    You raised money for the DSO and completely stuffed it up by not ensuring the first shipment was of suitable quality (which was to secure further funding) after saying we had the highest quality manganese.
