think if you read the articles written in the Australian financial review about vgi and it's many challenges that it has had since listing on the stock market. it appears that they are well and truly away from their proper purposes being a fund manager. mention of panic rooms and lots of other oddities such as armed guards are always red flags but there is no such mention of Regal having such strange and unusual arrangements.
