I wonder if there's anyway of getting a listings officer down to run a quick session on how 10.11.3 works and the actual defined working meaning of the 10.12 exemptions and how they do not apply to the MRC situation.

That might be useful so that those who are not so familiar with the working so listing rules can get it from the horses mouth.

In any case, once the failure to submit for the SEA has reared its ugly head, there may yet be a chance to work back through this mess back up to Dumb Mans Bluff and then recommence the trajectory in the right direction....upwards.
