This is not financial advice but an observation.
GOR made the takeover offer for DGO on April 4 when the GOR share price closed at $1.62 and $A price of gold on that day was $A2,559.
    Since then GOR has:
    1. Achieved a record quarterly gold production with no COVID problems.
    2. Made a brilliant acquisition of DGO that will see GOR with a 15 to 20 year + life and significant increases in profitability.
    3. Production will increase because the grade is going up in the future.

Todays closing price for GOR was $1.11, a 31.5% reduction since the takeover offer, and the price of gold is $A2,600, which is higher than $A price at the date of the takeover offer.
Given all that GOR has achieved and will achieve there can be only one answer and that is the market is not fair and robust and is being played.
The same is being done to all Oz goldies. A large % of small trades to reduce the price.
I know there is talk of recession but GOR has got most of its ducks lined up. Maybe with a decent dividend payment and share buy back scheme
GOR could manage the low volume manipulators more effectively.
