Big news for the EV revolution. Ford doing direct deals with Australian miners (Google: "A paradigm shift’: Australian miners prosper as Ford inks agreements to power EV transition"). Whilst this may not directly affect SRL (as far as I know), this is the change that Sam has been working on for so long - to get the OEM's to directly sign deals with miners. Not since Henry Ford was calling the shots, has Ford been so directly involved with controlling raw material sources. The pressure on supply lines that has been created through Covid and Ukraine war etc now appears to be creating the change in car manufacturer's thinking which we need to secure an Equity partner. Lets hope that the dominoes continue to fall and one of them happens to be interested in our Nickel and Cobalt. The other big US car maker could be feeling the pressure?
