    Hi Owl..completely understand & times r tuff.l have had to sell a few as l have 2 daughters that have needed help at times and I’m a believer (if l can),help wen in need not have them wait until later( l know u get my drift lol).
    And yes frustration does set in at times however l believe many areas of unmet needs are still in the back seat due to Covid but we will catch up..lovely to hear from u and yes family does come 1st
    Eqz…yes agree, don’t recall Richard ever using the terminology “advancing to execution” either…Hint mayb?
