factories take approximately 2 years to build, mines approximately 7-10 years from discovery of resource to permitting and producing to nameplate capacity, not hard to see the growth in demand is exceeding supply for lithium over next couple of years, factories timelines are pretty certain, not all mining projects will get off the ground as there are a lot more unknowns
