Really, good news for whom? Certainly not for those most impacted by a recession, lost jobs, family and social dislocation. Human misery for many, ever tried to exist in the USA with a very limited social support network, you may wish to review and resubmit your post. Understand your point but perhaps a little more sensitivity for those who working income will be most destroyed.
