Nice to see those 6m Performance Rights get converted on 30/6/22. Probably explains the generously long record date for the div. A $300k kicker for knocking back the TO offer last year?
So from the GBP35m (close to $60m) that's been received from Morningstar, $25m has gone in the dividend (including the $300k above) and $23m is being retained for a buy back which will probably benefit the new owners rather than existing shareholders.
So where is the remaining $12m doing? Final Div in the next TO offer?
