    and the huge NTA discount is not pricing any of these in ?

    What is stopping CLW from selling some of its non core assets to raise cash? there is a huge demand for these long WALE assets in the unlisted market ? Selling them at NTA will enhance shareholder value greatly and a better option to reduce gearing.

    Out of all REITs on the ASX, if there were to sell assets on the open market, CLW will be the one with the quickest sale and highest demand, everyone wants long WALE and certainty.
