The latest report shows CLW is trading at 4.35% Cap Rate or WACR based on their NTA..
but given the big discount to NTA, so if we take that cap rate and current share price.. it is at 6.5%....
Assume NTA drops to share price level, we will get a cap rate of 6.5%.....
If CLW is trading at NTA at the moment, yes, I agree with you and will sell it 100%...however, it is not.....
