I sold all of my other REIT's yesterday (WPR & CQE) and consolidated the lot into CLW today.
Very happy to have bought 33,000 CLW units today at an average of $4.34
Reason i sold WPR:
NTA 2.95 per unit, sold yesterday at $2.41 per unit (ie 18% discount to NTA). Delivers a 7.2% annual return
Reason i sold CQE:
NTA 4.08 per unit, Sold yesterday at $3.59 per unit (ie 12% discount to NTA). Delivers a 4.9% annual return.
Reason i bought CLW:
NTA 6.08 per unit, Bought today at $4.34 per unit (ie 29% discount to NTA). Delivers a 7.1% annual return
CLW seems the very good value at these levels
