As a former holder who lost 80% of share value, I wonder if there is grounds for a shareholder lawsuit based on misleading and deceptive conduct and breaches of continuous disclosure rules in respect of the performance of the cloud gaming services. 5GG have used a rainbow of different facts, numbers and fingers to conceal how shocking this deal has been for the company. Read between two different reports and note how 5GG will switch from new users to active users to "accounts"... 5GG will include anything in an announcement except how much money they've lost (or made) on this debacle. If I was a shareholder who'd lost five figures or more (I suspect many have) then I'd consider talking to a litigation funder.
