WAR has a 5.4% holding in MGF(Magellan Global Fund). Nick Bolton of Keybridge Capital is lobbying all holders of MGF to have the company woundup and liquidated. Keybridge hold a substantial number of MGF 2024 options and it has the opportunity to make 12X if MGF is woundup at the current discount by converting the options just prior to the liquidation. Nothing being said by Geoff Wilson at this stage but I would bet Geoff has had some discussions with Nick by now. I wonder if this topic will be discussed at the webinar.
