If the guidance miss was caused by management's operation, what would have been the issue? poor engineering ? wrong drilling planning? or poor capability of budget control? There must be a problem that weighs above Calima's natural resources, and low oil price in June Quater.

So the question is when Mr.Kevol was in charge, the situation did not seem to have chance to reverse significantly, to meet the guidance. And why people would still be upset with Mr.Kevol's part ways with Calima?

If Mr.Kevol is not to blame, then Calima's Blackspur 's asset portfolio is destined to be unprofitable , BUT why the h**l did those 3 offers come around and poke Blackspur? Please give me logic.

Worst case scenario is I anticipate that offers are meant to take the asset to be run by the bidders themselves.

Having said that, I put my confidence in Mr.DeMong as new CEO and take operations to next level, otherwise it will be taken in hostile takeover mode, which will also not diminish shareholder's benefit as fair valuation is way higher than current market cap. That is my logic.
