Worst case scenario is I anticipate that offers are meant to take the asset to be run by the bidders themselves.

Having said that, I put my confidence in Mr.DeMong as new CEO and take operations to next level, otherwise it will be taken in hostile takeover mode, which will also not diminish shareholder's benefit as fair valuation is way higher than current market cap. That is my logic.

i wonder how ce1 managed to payoff their net debt by 7.8m when they were about to complete the transaction?
