No, I don't think they lied about it. Please do not put words in my mouth. My expectations of what blackspur could be worth are probably in line with the market's. Here's my rationale:
If the market cap of the whole of CE1 is $55m today and this represents both Montney and Blackspur, isn't the value of Blackspur according to Mr Market just the market cap less Montney?
What do you think is a fair risk-adjusted price to put on Montney? What do you think the market is putting on for Blackspur?
