yes but all the analysts I've been following is showing demand outstripping supply going forward esp in Oil .., northern hemisphere winter coming .. if it's a particularly cold one we could see traders and demands force the largest traded commodity threw $100bbl USD ..
I think mgmt are mindful of this and will continue to hold assets till buyers pay up ..
