Unsure exactly. They footnoted that it uses both PAX Centre and Emerald Clinics’ management accounts so it may be a combined figure of some sort (or maybe just accounting for the uplift of a new referral channel). It is interesting to note on the PAX centre’s website that many of the practitioners are closed to referrals / new patients which would suggest they’re quite busy.

In any case it’s not typical of companies to release the accounts of their acquisitions particularly at this scale so I don’t think it’s out of the ordinary.
