Operating cashflow outflow for the quarter was $1.895 mill. So the $3 mill could be eaten away quickly unless they start to actually start selling. They are very bullish on the demand. The proof will be on getting the stuff out the door. Admin and Corporate costs of $1.250 mill for the quarter look high but maybe this is due to costs associated with the sale of the property and negotiating the new loan.
