Am I to be impressed that you bought 10,000 shares approx., at around an average of $8 each?
The 52 week high and low is $6.93-$14.44. The midpoint is $10.685. The current price of $11.35 is not far from this 52 week L/H midpoint. From your post, one would think that I would die in a ditch for the buyback to commence straightaway!
Further, you haven’t make a compelling finance case as to why completing the buyback around the current price would be a poor use of the $160M. I’d be interested in reading it, if you were to provide it.
