If they put in as much effort trying to actually mine and find some gold to produce as they are in selling off the company to pay off the directors loans and fund wages then they might have stood a chance..
When the sale is complete and they have distributed the funds to themselves the company will be shut down...Just a small kick in the nuts to all who still owned this before suspension kicked in.
