Yep can't believe how many posters keep telling everyone that a DRP means more shares on issue which equals dilution to there holding.
Those doing so really should stop because they are trlling half truths and I think its worse than posting outright lies.
If and I mean "IF" a drp is introduced, the resulting policy would have a clause that includes a clause that sounds like the following (but written bulk betterer):
The BOD will at their discretion issue new shares, or buy on or off market existing shares or a combination of both to fulfil the shares to be issued under the drp.
PLS are paying a dividend because they can to do so. They will not IMO issue new shares to pay for any drp payments.
A drp does not equal more SOI, and in this case it's extremely,unlikely.
