Of course the SOI will increase if they issue new shares. Its fair to assume the comment made by Timber7 is referring to my earlier post. If you read it you'll see the point I was trying to make was they will (IMO) distribute DRP shares by purchasing existing shares and not by issuing new shares. If it were done this way there would be no dilution. The provision to do it by issuing new shares would most likely exist but they would be extremely unlikely to go that way when they have billions in the bank.
