    Staff is the issue. Gradually creeping up relative to receipts. Needs better scale, eg. students per trainer.

    Receipts is growing fine...


    Q4 last year had 126% rolling 12 months Expenses:Receipts ratio.
    Q4 this year had 122% rolling 12 months Expenses:Receipts ratio.

    So maybe a small improvement. But needs to get to <100%, and not in 5 years time.
