correction to point 1) it was Kevin Ball who made the comment in relation to the dividend structure end size and it was as follows in the transcript: "And we don't want to step too far ahead of that on the dividend because in the past that's just encouraged transient shareholders..."
I think there were many long term holders who wanted a very high dividend that time as reward for holding in the run up from low to very high coal prices, not just transient short term dividend harvesters.
