Not defending pay packets here or performance but the fact of the matter is... JK and LC's pay packets are about average for companies of similar size in the Australian market if you consider that the average is $USD 2.17M or $AUD3.37M.
I can certainly think of worse out there. Generally speaking I would like to see all SH vote wisely in the coming remuneration now that you know what the average is... It is your responsibility.
