Please don't get confused.If a plant has done say 3mt but is only rated currently at 1.6 mt with existing feed blend means just that.
There will be a reason the plant currently doesn't run faster.
It will be the weakest link,which could be residency time required for maximum yield or the crushing or grinding circuit.
If you improve any one weak point you open up more capacity up to the next capacity weak point.
WGX I believe costed Tuka expansion to 2.4mt at $60m.
What that would buy in the way of upgrades I don't know.
