I suspect that there are a substantial number of long term holders that will be disappointed if there is no dividend declared this year and may well be considering exiting if it doesn't happen. It was discussed at the November 2019 AGM and has been dangled like a carrot for sometime now and I suspect that management have been pressed for some time now by holders to declare one.
