Right now, KAR has finished Bauna/Patola devlpt program, and is not yet investing in Neon. That means they will have a large free cash flow. They promised a return for SH and many dream about a divy. But if you want to boost the SP, there is no better choice than an buyback, and it's much less risky than buying new assets.
