I think you've highlighted a key issue here... price isn't a lever they can pull to push margins, as they're already at the top of the tree for most brands, so really it's cost management... it is unclear what operational leverage there is.
hard to see how this is a compelling play IMO, that said, I remain a fan/drinker of some of the brands.
