Totally agree Jake and Narna board wouldn't care one bit about this result... Only 25% of SOI voted 75% didn't bother

Disappointed bugger all SH's voted, as we have nearly 4 Billion SOI, 700 Mil shares voted FOR which is basically the Board and top SI's 4-5 SH's, so we had no chance with only 200 million shares voting AGAINST. Big Sigh!!!

Absolute disgrace these resolutions were and the over generous options and low SP Placement imo... It's even worse and unacceptable when you look at the SP performance and the issue of performance shares, options etc given that most of the board have done less than a year... Unbelievable....

Have a look at these terrible statistics below and given the massive SP collapse since SS, this company imo has well and truly now focused on themselves first and SH's last imo, it's become another ASX lifestyle company imo...

Just wait and see the remuneration paid when we get the annual report, what a disgraceful situation most SH's find themselves in and given the low grades at Makuutu, VMM grades are far better will probably produce before Makuutu ever will and in this economic climate IXR may even struggle to get finance for Makuutu...

IXR is well and truly a recycling business, we have a long road to ever see production or 5-9c again under this new board imo, who are well and truly focused with their hands out imo... I am so P'ed at this result, shame on IXR and Tim for allowing this over generous reward for new directors imo... Big disgrace imo...
