Keep in mind, of those 600m -700m approx shares voting in favour of the various resolutions, that the new 384m shares just issued, would be entitled to vote in most of the resolutions.
The board then also has big parcels of shares.
So the combination of those groups would account for the yes votes.
So the no votes would be all independent s/h.
