There will of course be some other negative impacts for current sharehoders;
- the dilution of the profit reserve following the new issuance of shares;
- the drag on the SP as, undoubtedly, many QVE incoming shareholders will sell out upon receipt of the new shares; and
- the potential negative impact on the NTA as the manager sells off the QVE holdings that don't fit their portfolio strategy.
