Basically he said they dropped the index info a while ago, hes not sure why they dont have the previous month NTA anymore, he was going to follow up for me but never replied again.
It was a bit disappointing, but he did at least take the time to talk with me and encouraged me to provide feedback.
Hopefully if enough people reach out they can make some changes.
