Past, and present, examples of such mines/deposits are already present in Brazil.
Catalao 1 and 2 are babies by comparison with Araxa. Some 200 Kms away so not exactly satellite deposits. They have been 'tolerated' as stand alone deposits dating back to the 1970's at least.
Tapira is mined for phosphate but does have a significant lowish grade Nb2O5 endowment. Also a stand alone.
The potential synergies of +2% feed "Nb" from smaller deposits adjacent to Luni is definitely worth considering.
To write off the satellite potential of ENR ground and recent discoveries is not a foregone conclusion as you imply IMO.

Pie in the sky idea for some form of consolidation in the West Arunta.
IMO not too early for ENR/WA1 to consider.
They already share some logistics - earth moving and road construction maintenance I believe (at the least)
Others need to get some more meters of goodies on the board before joining the party.
Existing road access to Luni is via Kiwirrkurra (c200 Kms) from where it goes (west and) east passing by RCR's Pokali (Cu) and other prospects. Perhaps including some IGO JV Au/base metals in the NT. Could open up a region.
As you say (S78) a potential 100 year deposit. Remote location needing lot of infrastructure could benefit from some sharing/consolidation...perhaps?
