Yesterday's Sentinel satellite pass was similar to the last few- limited activity in the east and centre/south at previously prepared sites. No work noted in the west of Luni (south of Emily).
This image is a compilation of Sentinel observations in 2024 on the last plan view given in June. Probably all assays to the end of 2023 on the underlying image.
White dots are
interpreted sites for 2024.
Work in 2024 includes mett sample drilling so some double up of sites is likely. However, some double ups may also be errors from combining different interpretation dates. The overall pattern is the most important factor and likely to be broadly accurate. Fine details will ultimately be clarified when WA1 puts announcements out.
Areas where infill drilling to 2024 spacing could happen are relatively apparent on the above plan.
A and B, outlined in white, are probable prime candidates as are lesser areas in the east and west. Ultimately the main areas and margins will look like Swiss cheese at this scale IMO.
The Yellow ellipse (1) shows an area that may have given better than expected results.

I do like looking at the local and district implications of existing exploration. Luni-Green-Emily???
Holes 105 and 107 at the east end of drilling remind me of the pattern of mineralisation showing up at ENR's Green to the NE. Two sub parallel zones separated by a lower grade gap. Really pushing to get such an interpretation but if Luni and Green are directly connected (reasonable possibility IMO) then worth considering. Some geometry/continuity issues that will only be sorted out, or not, by drilling in the 700m or so gap.

Grade, thickness and depth for hole 489 are consistent with either LURC23105 or 107
Further east at Green this is an interpretation of the higher grade zones. Good grades but narrower zones with variable continuity from wide spaced lines of aircore drilling. Hole spacing does constrain the NS extent of mineralisation fairly tightly.
Zones 2 and 3 appear to be in the North with perhaps 1 4 5 forming an irregular southern band of mineralisation.
Obvious issues correlating 107/105 to this pattern.
Something along these lines may occur to the west of Luni going towards, and south of, Emily.
WA1 have been very disciplined in their approach this year. Focused on the infill of specific high priority areas within Luni. Why? Perhaps as
@Dangero says above to go direct to DFS? Are WA1 miners or traders? Time will tell if they get an offer too good to refuse.
