china export controls late October ... ex china graphite outlook surge .
credit raise at 55 cents ... death spiral in 4 months to 25 cents and on its way to all time lows .
poga disappeared for a reason. The most intelligent poster on HC and he obviously sold out . only trolls float around HC without skin in the game
