how can you be sure it was shorters at open? Risky if as SV said they are expecting major tier 1 agreement imminently. In fact mentioned negotiations advancing with I think it was seven major companies. Three or four of those announced. The tier 1 announced. Loan announced. At that point these lows will be like Covid…. a bad dream in the past.
