ALB have been and gone. Your posts are interesting to read but at the end of the day it's all been extremely speculative stuff. A counter bid from any one of BHP, RIO, SQM or WES did not appear as you envisaged on 4 September. MIN and Gina did not come in with a big higher closer to $7 which is what you very roughly deduced the stock to be worth on 7 September. ALB did not return with a higher offer as you expected they would back on 16 October. The lithium market did not enter a deficit just as LTRs coming into production, nor was it being "manipulated by the big boys" as so often been the narrative (it's just another boring case of supply and demand, as usual).
Seems interesting to be vocally opposing a $3.00/sh bid from ALB (in advance of all the risk of ramp up, commissioning, etc) but then be pushing for ALB to come back and make another bid months later in late February when the commodity had cratered and the stock was trading at $1.27 (on the basis of Greenbushes becoming uneconomical, which simply isn't the case at least as far as professional resource modelling has shown). Anyway, I'll leave the threads here to do what they do... just providing a counter perspective, unpopular though it may be!
