There's no need to justify your posts on a discussion board, because quite obviously the point of a discussion board is to host opinions, and the board offers zero value if the opinions aren't at least somewhat contrasting.
But the reason you're being asked to justify your posts isn't because they think your posts are unjustified, it's because they want to alienate you and the best way to do that is to make you think that your opinion is not just as valuable as anybody elses here.
"If you're explaining, you're losing".
