Current Li sector trading is very depressing - some may say there are those that wish it to be so to scare holders into selling.
There are many factors at work ATM and we all know that historically the market rocks and rolls.
2 years ago PLS was trading around the $2 mark. It then rose dizzyingly and has now re-rated in accordance with current market factors.
Fundamentals for PLS remain the same (awesome IMO) and the market (also IMO) will rerate.
It would be fabulous to have a crystal ball to get a timeline, but holding or selling comes down to personal sentiment and belief and requirements. And we all have good and bad days in those respects.
