US 1 billion or so at 12% or less is obviously comfortable for smr given their earnings capacity even down to 180us/ton met coal.
Adding in earnings from an acquired or developed project would obviously lift that debt capacity.
I think they might be able to pull off a concurrent modest acquisition and one development project.
