Something similar happened to Tawana/Alliance Minerals a couple of years ago. The asset (mine) ended up in the hands of the offtake (via some abstract offshore corporate skulduggery). SHs received nothing. High debt levels are a noose around the neck. Focus need to stop bleeding money asap.
My sentiment is none atm. I came here to research as I was impressed by the ounces and the grade, and wanted to do some more DD prior to investing here but looking under the hood I saw that Focus had a lot of debt and lost $6m last quarter
