Catch-22 - long term holders want to see a share price increase asap - new buyers will help that, but newbies are content for the price to remain low if they're trying to build a position
My understanding is that North American investors aren't enamoured with billions of shares in issue at a low price - so consolidation could help that - plus notably, the boys are off to the US in September
